Congratulations on booking your Hyland Wedding!
Please find the floorplan below that fits your table count.
We include up to 19 round guest tables (60″) and 150 chairs. We also include a Welcome Table (6′ banquet), a Gift Table (6′ banquet) and Dessert Table (6′ banquet).
Tables NOT included in pricing (but available to rent, see Contract):
-Sweetheart Table or Head Table
-Banquet tables required by Outside Caterer (please submit your Caterers request including size and quantity of tables. Caterers use either 6′ banquets or 8′ banquets. Banquet tables are $12 each. This will be added to your Hyland balance)
-DJ/Live music table (DJ’s typically request a 6′ banquet)
-Extra misc. tables (such as a Memorial Table)
Should you need any of these tables, please see details/add them on your contract.
To get your guest table count:
Final RSVP count / 8
Should you need to seat 9 per table at some tables, we recommend not doing any more than half of your tables with 9 guests, as it can get tight.
You may also seat less than 8 per table, as needed.
Please print out the floorplan you plan to use and write in the chair count per table written next to each table and email to HylandSpecialEvents@gmail.com, no later than 14 days before your wedding. Should we not receive the floorplan with chair counts marked at each table, we will take your guest count divided by 8 and 8 chairs per table.
